Winter admissions at the University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice (WSZOP) lasted from May to September 2023. The courses were promoted through an internet campaign, social media, outdoor banners and advertising on the door of Galeria Katowicka. Sliders have appeared on the university's website, and new banners have appeared on the courses, admissions and postgraduate courses subpages.

The advertising on the doors of Galeria Katowicka was supposed to promote five undergraduate and graduate courses, which included: Management, Internal Security, Production Management and Engineering, Power Engineering, and English Philology.

The advertising space of the gallery covered 12 windows: six to the left and six to the right of the entrance door. This allowed the posters of five courses and a general one to be placed on each side. The posters with the courses – apart from photographs – included: the name of the course, the type of studies, the name of the university and the logo. The general posters included the admissions slogan Study in the heart of Kato.

The campaign included photos from a photo shoot taken to promote admissions. The portraits of WSZOP students alluded to the professions in which the graduates of the university may work in the future.
